Nowadays we all are stress like hell and have a lot of things to look into work, business, home, future, and a lot of things but you know what all this work can cause you stress and stress can harm you very badly like

  • Stress can make you gain weight
  • Stress can make you look older
  • Stress weakens your immune system
  • and a lot of diseases
  • you know how to rid of all this stress

10 SYMPTOMS OF STRESS YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • Trouble sleeping.
  • Lack of concentration and focus.
  • GI symptoms including nausea, dizziness, and diarrhea.
  • Needing a nightly glass of wine or beer to unwind.
  • Feeling overwhelmed.
  • Mindless eating and snacking throughout the day.  (Sweet and salty foods are particularly appealing!)
  • Hair loss
  • Compromised immunity.
  • A general feeling of anxiety and feeling unwell.
  • Depression and loneliness.

1. MANAGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS

You know we all expect a lot from a lot of different things we do.

We expect a lot of success in our life, we expect money to flow just starting our business and many things, but you also know life is not that easy as what we expect. 

Expecting many things and when it’s not happening the way we expect may break us down, which can cause a stressful day or stressful time. 

Very often, we get stressed because we think we can do better.

We can always do more with our time, with our lives, in our relationships, at work…It just never stops. There’s always more to do and accomplish.

Stop expecting a lot and stressing out.

2. LISTEN MUSIC

Listening to music is the best way to relax and to get rid of stress.

Studies with coronary heart disease patients suggest that listening to music can help reduce anxiety and improve heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep quality. (source)

3. PET AN ANIMAL

Having someone royal is also making you feel emotionally strong and stress-free. 

Having one pet may make you busy, and playing with a pet is also super fun.

4. Talking

Talking to someone about your problem and worst situation is the best way to get rid of stress and feel relaxed. 

If you have a best friend who is trustworthy and who can understand you very well. Just talk to them. sharing the worst situation with someone close to you is the best way to feel stress-free

5. Prepare for the morning the night before.

If you are stress about your work and business, you don’t have enough time to pay attention to different things. 

Prepare a working list before the next morning. 

Preparing a to-do list of all work you need to do the next morning is the best way to organize your time for the next day. 

6. Fix or abandon toxic relationships.

Remove all toxic relationships you have, ok. If it is not working for you. You feel it is not good being in that relationship, remove it.

7. SLEEP

I don’t know why but sleeping is also a very relaxing way to rid of stress. Just take a good cold bath and sleep.

8. HAVE YOUR FAV FOOD

For me, my fav food makes me so happy. 

If your foodie like me, go ahead, cook your fav food or order and enjoy it.

9. watch a funny movie 

Laughing is the best medicine for all of the stress in the mind. I personally watch my fav movies all day and relax.

10. organize everything

I am not telling you to organize it immediately, but sometimes people get irritated and feel anxious when they see their place Messy. It might be you feel that too sometimes

so organize your room house and your working place.
